Miele Meli by Claudio Meli produces honey only for extraction by centrifugal force, thus not subjected to any heat treatment. The farm ensures the top level of naturalness of its honey, which comes straight from the hives, with no chemical treatment. The product has been cold extracted, put in jars and labeled by hand. Love and passion are the only ingredients that distinguish this nectar.
